1. Place your order. Register an account, select your game and server, enter the quantity, and choose your payout method. Your payout amount is displayed immediately.
2. Arrange the trade. If you entered your character name and a Temporary code for exchange, stay online. Our agent will contact your character in-game and provide your code. Otherwise, contact our live chat to confirm our receiving character.
3. Deliver your Kamas. Deliver within 30 minutes of placing your order. Only trade with the character who provides your correct Temporary code for exchange or whose identity has been confirmed by our live chat.
4. Get paid. Once your order has been fully delivered, it enters the payout process. Each day, we combine orders using the same payout account into one payment and process payouts in batches.

We buy Kamas on Dofus, Dofus Touch, Dofus Retro and Wakfu.

Purchasing availability depends on our stock levels and can change at any time. Check our website to see which servers are currently open for selling.

If your server is marked as “Full”, you can still contact our live chat to discuss whether we can accept your Kamas.

Our buyback rates change with market supply and demand. Your rate is locked once you submit your order.

You must complete delivery within 30 minutes. If delivery is delayed, we may cancel your order depending on our stock levels. Contact our live chat if you need more time.

The minimum amount applies to each individual order. Orders using the same payout account are combined into one payment during our daily payout processing.

Leskamas sends the full order amount without deducting a payout fee. However, PayPal may deduct its own fees depending on your country or region, so the amount you receive may be lower than the order total.

• USDT: TRC20 (Tron) and Ethereum (ERC20).
• USDC: Ethereum (ERC20) and Solana.
• Binance Pay: both USDT and USDC can be paid using your Binance ID or the email address associated with your Binance account.

For on-chain payouts, network fees are paid by the seller and deducted from the payout amount. Binance Pay payouts are free.

Check that your receiving address supports the selected coin and network.

If you entered your character name and a Temporary code for exchange, our agent will contact that character in-game and send you the code to confirm their identity.

Remember your code and keep it private. Never reveal it to anyone, including anyone claiming to be our agent. Our agent must provide the code to you, not ask you for it.

If you did not provide these details, contact our live chat to confirm our receiving character before trading.

If anything seems suspicious, pause the trade and contact our live chat.

You can cancel before delivering any Kamas. However, deliberately and repeatedly cancelling orders may result in your account being suspended.

For partially delivered orders, we normally wait for full delivery before processing payment.

If you cannot deliver the remaining Kamas, contact our live chat. We will cancel the original order and create a replacement order for the quantity actually delivered, keeping the same unit price and payout method. The replacement order will then enter the payout process.

The delivered amount must meet the minimum order amount for your chosen payout method. If it falls below this minimum, additional fees may apply. Contact our live chat to confirm any applicable fees.

You must register an account to sell Kamas. All your orders and their current status are available in My sales.

Most sellers receive payment within 24 hours of full delivery, although the timeframe depends on the payout method selected.

Payments may be delayed or unsuccessful because of restrictions on your PayPal or Skrill account, incorrect or nonexistent payout accounts, or incorrect Moroccan bank details.

If your details are incorrect or the listed processing time has passed, contact our live chat with your order number.

We recommend using your own payout account. Payment is sent to the account details entered when placing your order.

• Before any delivery: cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
• After partial or full delivery: contact our live chat. Identity verification is required to confirm that you are the seller associated with the order before we can update your payout details.

If payment has already been sent to the incorrect account you provided, Leskamas is not responsible for the resulting loss and will not issue a second payment.

We do not accept Kamas obtained through account theft, scams or other unlawful activities.

If the Kamas you supply repeatedly lead to bans on our accounts, we will terminate our business relationship with you.

If a server rollback removes the Kamas you delivered to us:

• Unpaid orders: payment will be put on hold until you deliver the Kamas again.
• Paid orders: Leskamas reserves the right to require you to deliver the Kamas again or refund the payment received.
